Windows Connection Troubleshooting

Your PC will need Bluetooth to connect to the Pylot headband. If you don’t have Bluetooth built-in, we recommend a USB Bluetooth dongle such as the TP-link UB400.

DO NOT connect/pair your Pylot headband using Windows Bluetooth settings. This will prevent the Pylot app from finding your band, as it uses BLE and does not need to be paired.

To connect the band to the Pylot app, turn it on, and put it on your head. Open the Pylot app; the band should connect to the band within a few seconds.
