The band turns off

The band turns off automatically

Your band may turn off for three reasons:

A long press of the power button will manually turn the band off.
The battery is flat. Charge your band for 60 minutes.
The band hasn’t been used for 10 minutes. The band will automatically turn off if the sensors detect they are not in contact with your forehead for 15 minutes.
