Using Pylot
Get details and track changes over time
If you like getting into the details, you need to visit the Trends screen. This presents a graph of your flow and fatigue, and allows you to apply filters to view the details according to your perference.
You can filter the graph using the following options:
Session type
Duration
Tag
Your optimal time and length will update based on the period selected in the Duration filter.
